Our coaching
We distinguish 3 types of coaching:
1. Substantive coaching: young people learn new skills
2. Personal coaching: young people gain more confidence and self-insight.
3. Looking after each other: young people are less lonely and mentally healthier.
Substantive coaching: new skills
We provide substantive coaching to young people to develop new skills. We distinguish 2 sub-target groups with different substantive coaching.

Program 1: Bandits creation
We will conduct a structured teambuilding game development process, together with the Young Creatives, under the guidance of a Game developer, Scummaster and Youth worker. We will adapt the process in such a way that it offers a lot of space for the Young Creatives to learn new skills.

Program 2: Bandits Support
We offer various jobs with customized guidance from a professional in sales, marketing, support, IT or office management. We select our employees based on professional competence and social skills. They guide 1 or 2 Young Creatives in a relaxed, personal way and introduce them to the field. The Young Creatives carry out assignments according to their ability and learn new skills as a result.
Personal coaching: more confidence and self-insight
We build a relationship with young people by doing things together (making new games and playing our own team building game), drinking coffee, having lunch together, going for a walk and, above all, offering a listening ear. We name the qualities that we see during this process and encourage young people to grow further in this. This way, they get to know their qualities and gain more self-confidence.
In our relational youth work, we maintain a professional distance, but at the same time we also share a lot of our own lives. We make ourselves vulnerable and show that our pain has become our strength. In this way, we create an open and safe atmosphere: young people feel free to discuss their challenges. We do not offer specialist care. This can of course be provided in parallel with a trajectory at Breakout Bandits

- Entering another program at Breakout Bandits
- Moving on to a job at Breakout Bandits
- Moving on to a job at another company
- Following a training course
- Starting their own business
- As long as it is the next step in their life
Young people look after each other: less loneliness and mentally healthier
We use our own team building games to kickstart community building. We have lunch together and take the time to walk together. Together with working in a homely atmosphere, working together on a project and personal guidance, this will stimulate a group feeling that has a positive effect on the mental health of the young people.
Experience
We have extensive experience in coaching young people.
