Breakout Bandits processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
Customer:

- Whether or not to receive the newsletter
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence and by telephone

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us and we will delete this information.

Personalize game (Player)
- We personalize our games based on the entered data.
- Based on this data, players can play a game.

Breakout Bandits does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee of Breakout Bandits) being involved.

Breakout Bandits does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Breakout Bandits is the controller for the processing of personal data. This means that we determine which data is collected and for what purposes.
Processor(s)
We use an external service provider to offer our games: Loquiz. In this case, Loquiz acts as a processor, which means that they process the personal data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have concluded a processor agreement with Loquiz, in which the rights and obligations with regard to the processing of personal data are laid down. Loquiz has no independent control over the personal data and will not use it for its own purposes.
