Promotion conditions June 2024

1. These promotion conditions apply to the Breakout Bandits competition “Promotion June 2024”. (Hereinafter referred to as “action”)
2. The promotion runs from July 19 to July 28, 2024.
3. By participating in the promotion, participants indicate that they agree to these promotion terms and conditions.
4. The winner of the promotion will be determined as follows. Team Breakout Bandits collects the names of all entries and randomly selects a winner.
5. We will announce the results on Instagram and Facebook on July 29.
6. The winner of this promotion will receive a Team Breakout worth 400 euros
7. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this promotion.
8. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and/or other prizes.
9. The prize has a value of 400 euros. This allows you to play a game with a team of 20 people. If you play with fewer people you will not receive any money back. If you play with more people you have to pay the extra amount.
10. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influence on the promotion, abuse or fraud, Breakout Bandits reserves the right to refuse participation or participants in the promotion or to (subsequently) lapse the right to a prize.
11. The names and/or photos/recordings of winners may, if they expressly agree to this in advance in writing, be used in promotional activities in connection with this promotion. Under no circumstances are they entitled to any (financial) compensation.
12. Breakout Bandits is not liable for any (consequential) damage to participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this promotion.
13. All intellectual property regarding texts, images, layout, software or other information regarding this promotion belongs to Breakout Bandits.
14. Printing, spelling, typographical or similar errors cannot be challenged and do not constitute an obligation for Breakout Bandits in any way.
15. In cases not provided for in these promotional conditions, Breakout Bandits will decide.
16. Breakout Bandits reserves the right to change the promotion conditions at any time and/or to end the promotion prematurely.
17. Employees of Breakout Bandits are excluded from participation.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Faecbook or LinkedIn or associated with Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn.
